Daily challenges and tasks:

— Strategy involvement: financial analysis, scaling, monetization models, collaboration with CEO and department heads;
— Budgeting: monthly budgets by business lines, variance analysis, forecast adjustments;
— Reporting: P&L, management reports, daily and budget control;
— Cost optimization, cash flow management, payment discipline, multi-currency balance control;
— Fundraising and financial servicing, banking relations, audit coordination;
— Legal collaboration on international structures;
— Team leadership (finance, controllers) and cross-functional financial coordination;
— Overseeing revenue streams and ensuring financial sustainability;
— Tax planning and optimization of taxation (including across jurisdictions);
— Ensuring the company’s economic security;
— Analyzing and mitigating potential financial risks;
— Preparing and analyzing financial statements;
— Conducting financial and economic analysis of company transactions;
— Preparing proposals to improve business efficiency.

 Education & Experience

— Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or ACCA/CIMA is a plus);
— 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in tech, digital, or multinational companies;
— Proven track record of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial strategy implementation;
— Experience with fundraising, investment processes, and M&A is highly desirable;
— Familiarity with international financial structures, multi-currency operations, and tax optimization across jurisdictions.
